Design & Specification
Preparing technical drawings or confirming supplied drawings. Finalising specifications: style, size, material, finish, and moulding details. Sharing documents for approval before production.
Quotation & Approval
Providing a detailed quote based on the agreed specifications. Adjustments if needed. Formal approval to proceed.
Manufacturing
Precision machining and fabrication of the door and related components. Quality checks at each stage. Finishing process: sanding, painting, staining, or custom finish application
Hardware Preparation
Sourcing or preparing the required hinges, locks, handles, and mechanisms. Ensuring compatibility with the door specifications and final installation conditions.
Delivery or Installation Coordination
Scheduling delivery with the project team. Coordinating with builders or installers if installation is handled on-site by others. Providing care and maintenance information.
